SELF-LEADERSHIP FOR KIDS!


We have great pleasure in presenting you with an excellent international program of self-leadership to your school/institution/organisation by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS).  This empowering program is structured on the basis of the basics of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the Neuro-Semantics Meta-States trainings [aka Coaching Essentials and Coaching Genius] worldwide.

We have all heard the call for many, many years.  People attend NLP and Neuro-Semantic Trainings and they experience so many “aha!” experiences and such great moments of eureka, personal empowerment, and even self-actualization and they say things like

o   “They ought to teach this stuff in school!” 

o   “Are there materials on this so I can teach my kids?”

o   “Why don’t teachers and principals know this stuff!?”



And now it is ready

The Theme:  We put the materials of NLP and Meta-States into a theme, which we believe will be readily applicable and relevant, and inspirational — Self-Leadership.  What does this mean?  

It means that the materials are put into the format of enabling children in —

  • Learning how to “run their own brains.”
  • Discovering how their brain processes information best—which will make them the best learner they can be.
  • Taking charge of their learning so that they have inspirational reasons why to learn.
  • Discovering their powers for learning and developing and so feel empowered, in charge of themselves.
    • And that will reduce “bullying” and enable them to not be pushed around.

Discover how to be a leader of themselves … week after week for 40 weeks in a year, and year after year— 12 years.  So that by the end, they will be good critical thinkers, empowered, able to step in and out of their “flow” or “genius” states.   Exciting, isn’t it?! 

The Neuro-Semantic Trainers will need to train the teachers on how to use with their classes; they will also need Meta-Coaches to help coach them with it.

Just 1 hour a week:  We are asking for 1 hour a week. That’s all. 1 hour.  We will provide all of the materials.  The School Project is a project of The International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS), which is in 41 countries and is a Non-Profit Contribution.  A Non-Profit, Educational Charity is set up in South Africa … and governed by a Guiding Committee of the ISNS.   The prototype of the program was experienced by a School in Johannesburg, South Africa and overseen by Nizam Kalla, CEO of AMKA Company.

Investment: The royalty charge for any School that takes on the Self-Leadership Curriculum is $1 per year for each student.

The School will produce the manuals for their students. There is no cost to the School for this.  Any school that cannot afford to pay can apply for a payment exemption to The School Project.  Our desire is to provide the materials as wide and far as possible. 

The $1 royalty charge will go to The School Project funds in South Africa to provide for Schools who cannot afford even making copies of the materials.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is truly a cutting-edge Communication Model that can facilitate precision and clarity like no other model — and for a world where communication misunderstandings, distortions, vagueness, and lack of clarity is rampant— this is really, really needed. This model is also known by “how to run your own brain.”  So if you want to run your own brain? Good for you. What a wonderful objective!  And so rare. Many people talk about taking charge of their own mind, If they truly “run their own brains,” they have state management skills in moments when managing one’s reactions really counts?

What is the vision of ISNS School project?

To create a way to make available to every school child the powerful communication and self-actualizing tools of NLP and Neuro-Semantics.  The vision is that every child can take charge of him or herself – run his or her own brain, manage their states, and use their essential powers for becoming a developing and contributing person in their own right.  The vision is to empower the next generation in the basic skills of being a healthy human being – a sense of having potentials, assessing their powers, not being a victim, learning effectively, choosing wisely, and be self-directed to find their best way through the world.

What are the objectives of the project?

  

  • To create a series of lesson plans for teaching basic NLP and Meta-States to school children
  • To create a set of benchmarks so that we can effectively evaluate the lesson plans and keep updating them
  • To give school children an experience every week for all twelve years of their school life for how they thing-and-feel, how to recognize the variables within them so that they can take charge of running their own brain.
  • To provide a ‘book’ of lesson guides so that teachers can give this experiential learning one hour a week throughout each grade using grade appropriate materials
  • To train and coach teachers in this material so that they can be effective in delivering the lesson plans
  • To create a Non-Profitable Educational Organization that will be in charge of the School Project book of lesson plans so that all monies that are made through the sale of the book goes into a fund that will support providing the materials to schools that do not have the money for the Book of Lessons.

Why is it important for the children to participate in the Self-Leadership program?

For self-leadership!

So that children can have 1 hour a week throughout the life of their time in school for dealing with the issues that govern how they manage and lead themselves. Self-Leadership is designed to enable a child to learn at a meta-level, that is meta-learning—

  • Learning about how to learn.
  • Learning about how to think and how to think about one’s thinking.
  • Learning about how to take charge of these mental powers.
  • Learning about how to take charge of the emotional powers that are derived from them.

All of this then leads to esteem self as valuable as a person, developing confidences in areas of talent, get along with others, own personal responsibility, eliminate the need to bully or to be bullied, and much more.
